We visit Wetakiwin to see family. The city itself isn't someplace I would recommend as a vacation destination. It can be a little "sketchy" at times with a large native reserve nearby. However, the Reynolds Alberta Museum is a must-see and Wetaskiwin is close to great shopping in Le Duc and Camrose.SharonCanada - 8.0Scored 8.0

The Reynold's Car museum was great. Hands on activities for children were a lot of fun. It is very well planned and the staff was friendly. Yatin's Indian restaurant was a very good choice for vegans. and for gluten-free options..

Kids loved the waterslide and pool.
Kids loved the waterslide and pool. Hotel was recently upgraded and was clean and spacious. They had a small business center with a laptop and printer which was helpful for me. Lots of restaurants in walking distance too.

Was in Wetaskiwin to visit my 92 year old mother, so didn't spend time with "touristy" things. Ate mostly at the seniors' home, grabbed a bite at McDonalds a couple of times ... went to Bingo a couple of times.

It was useful for the few days of activities we had scheduled for the area. Staff very pleasant and approachable. Breakfast extremely basic "continental" offering. The breakfast is one of the best I've ever had from hotels that include breakfast. It's more than just muffins. They have proteins as well. The pool is great for the kids!
