The cafe attached to the hotel was incredible. The room was welcoming and we loved being in it. The complimentary coffee was a bonus and the trust of the hotel to allow people to check themselves in and report how many drinks they took from the fridge made me wish I lived in a high trust society. Also, do yourself a favour and book the spa for an hour. You won’t regret staying here.

Nice room layout, really comfy bed, great water pressure in the shower, everything was very clean. Absolutely beautiful view of Spiez from the room and the dining room. Staff were so friendly and accommodating! Breakfast was delicious with a great selection.

Wow what an amazing hotel! We arrived for one night on the way to Zermatt and wish we could stay for longer! This is a hidden gem in amazing location and a wonderful view!
