The staff is super nice! Seems to be a family business and you feel they really care for their guests. Breakfast is very tasty, prepared like at home, and you feel you are treated like a guest at a family.

A good location in downtown Turrialba. The staff were helpful and friendly and we made use of the outdoor common areas - a backyard garden and a rooftop deck. We liked the clean kitchen. The property is somewhat idiosyncratic, about half-way between a hotel and a hostel. I think they were transitioning to a hotel during our visit. We, a couple, had a dorm room with two bunk beds and a private bath across the hall; a bit unusual but the facilities were fine.
