Safe, clean, friendly, good communication. Restaurant was lively, with evidently local Czech people who came out because of the excellence of the food. I had vegetables grilled to perfection with mâche and exquisite goat cheese medallions in top: not too fatty, not too lean, not too salty, not too sweet.
