the heater in the room did not work..it was very cold outside. We were not offered any solutions to problem...staff did not seem to be concerned. If it wasnt late in the evening and if we were not leaving early next morning...we would have demanded a different room...but it was not worth the hassle. Very disappointing..all around. Room was substandard, hallways smelled bad and staff was indifferent. We would not pay even 5 dollars for that room! Would not recommend to anyone!!

I really like the location of this hotel. Its very close to the subway, supermarkets, coffee shops, and lots of restaurants around the area. Bed is comfortable. Room is spacious. Breakfast is good too

Breakfast was good, a bit crowdy but that's expected. Hotel is close by tram station but far from metro station. It had a nice view. Internet was also good. We went to the swimming pool but didn't go to sauna area.
