This place is simply unique! The history, the way in which it looks now... It made a huge impression on me. I do believe that it will not work for people that are used to a regular hotel room, with no atmosphere,no vibe. But for me it was perfect. The owner is nice and helpful- willing to give some ideas on trips/spots to visit. He is also cooking delicious meals for guests (mine coated 300kc and it was so worth it!), if you don't want to cook yourself.

Absolutely loved the size of the single room and the landscape view of the hills every morning. The elevator was perfect as I was on the top floor and had heavy bags, this is such a rarity to find in rural Czech Republic nowadays. Bed was very comfortable and closet size was sufficient to hang and store items. Mini fridge was a nice bonus as well.
