The only good thing, was the play area for the kids. My kids would have loved to stay there coz there was ample space outdoors for playing and running around and other families with children.

There was no breakfast (as said in the room offer, not offerered/needed and known in advance). It's a little outside Pilsen. With tram, bus and a 1-2 km walk through a little forest it's fine. It was winter. Most realistic in summer its more nice as there is a lake and maybe a recreation are in the area. Especially for events, or for service work its good starting hub.
Bed, toilet, shower, all was there. And in the small village there is a shop at the bus stop.
