It takes about 10 minutes by bus/tram to get to the old town and the train station, so not too bad. You get to see Plzen also outside the old town that way. The breakfast selection wasn't the widest, but still tasty and good coffee. There's also a gym and sauna, although we didn't get a chance to try them out.
