Beautiful decor and atmosphere, very comfortable bed and spacious room. Very good breakfast. Staff were exceptional and extremely helpful. An easy metro ride to the old town. Room very clean and fresh towels every day.

I really liked the hotel. The best staff we ever had, everyone so polite and helpful! There was always water at reception and some small snacks.
We also liked breakfast with lots of home made pastry. The rooms were clean, though pretty small. Location is also great, near all the most important sights.
If I go to Prague again I will definitely stay here.

Lovely staff, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were very spacious with a lovely bathroom and powerful shower, all required facilities and pleasant views. Fantastic selection of breakfast items of very good quality. A couple of really good bars, floor 14 has commanding views of the surrounding area. Good transport links to city centre

It was very clean and I liked the information boards in the hotel. The staff was super friendly and we received a lot of small extras and vouchers which are really useful.
