We were welcomed by the owner whilst he had waited for us because we were coming in late at night. He was super friendly and offered us more then we payed for. The room was nice and we all slept really good. The breakfast was really good and tasteful. We were positively surprised by the hospitality of this family hotel. I would recommend this hotel, especially when you are on your way and need a place to stay for the night. The highway is very close by which makes this hotel a perfect place to rest when you are traveling. It’s also close to some big cities and of course the Rhine.MarijkeNetherlands - 8.0Scored 8.0

Nice little town where everything can be done by foot but better to have a car to visit around Bad Honnef Great restaurants ( I recommend Bistro Ludwig) and beautiful hikes in the surroundings --> Schloss Drachenburg Very small town with beautiful scenery on the Rhein.

Bad Honnef itself was not that impressive I must say, at least the parts we have seen. However, the area around is pretty much worth seeing: hiking in the forest, castles, the river rhine, the history here.

The owner was very nice, spoke good English. Everyone on site was very polite and courteous. The room was clean !! The location is good. If you are travelling on a budget 👍 Then this is very good value for the money. I would definitely stay at this property again. They did offer breakfast but I was visiting friends so did not use that Availability. Although I did look into the eating room and it looked very inviting. Cheers ! Erwin Ontario, Canada

Room clean, a, bit on the small side, basically one double bed (they do not have twins, so take this into consideration) one desk and one TV. Room cleaned daily, heat was working. Great breakfast everyday, better then the room. Everything in their lobby mini-shop was crazy expensive (think 6 euros for a bottle of water). Decent on-site bar and restaurant. The hotel was located on the main street in Bad Honnef which was very convenient to the cafes and restaurants being just a small walk away. The breakfast was OK nothing special. The room was spacious, clean with a nice balcony. Expected the bathroom to be luxurious than it was for a 4 star rated hotel.
