Most of the rooms are above the Eiscafé where they serve their fabulous homemade ice cream concoctions, their original distilled whisky, and their own microbrewery beers. The eiscafé is open for hours that should never disturb anyone's sleep, and the area is so tranquil. Staff are lovely, and the village is moderate size (approx. 11k) with several local restaurants, cafés, and shops in walking distance.Julie WakefieldUnited States

Room with a good sized balcony, looking out into the woods. Well maintained grounds, plenty of space to have a walk. Substantial breakfast, nice staff. Would definitely stay here again, and happily bring a tour group.
