The problem was that at the time of our announced arrival (19.50) there was nobody at the hotel nor at the restaurant beside it, who belongs to the same enterprise or person... Our reservation said the check in was possible between 17.00 to 21.00 I have to phone to the 'owner' of the hotel. So I have to pay an international phone call as we are from Argentina, not an European country. That phone call cost a quarter of the amount the hotel asks for his rate ..
