Great modern hotel near the Rhein river in Konstanz. Friendly service, superb very spacious parking in garage, really good breakfast buffet, quiet room and a Samsung roof-integrated AC unit (came in very handy) as a definitive bonus. All in all a great stay, had a good nights sleep cannot complain.

The property is lovely and the rooms are super clean and spacious. I had a room with the view and balcony and it was lovely to sit there at the end of the day and watch the sunset ( which was gorgeous - amazing colors). Some of the reviews say that is far from the city but it isn’t really. You can take the most lovely walk going down and even as you return, the hill, is totally doable and worth it.
I experienced their 2 Christmas dinners and they were fabulous occasions.
What makes this hotel a nice place is the staff. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The staff members in the dinning room really welcome you in the spirit of Christmas. Great experience!!!

Daisendorf is a lovely village set back a couple of kilometers from the tourist centre of Meersburg but within fairly easy walking and cycling distance of the town and lakeside. There are good scenic walks inland as well as a panaramic walk to Meersburg across open countryside with good views of the lake and Alps beyond. Daisendorf is well positioned for car trips to other towns on the lake as well as longer journeys to the old town at Ravensburg and Weingarten where there is a lovely Basilica.
