The location and view - in the mountains overlooking the Rhine valley, not a long way from the expressway - made this a pleasant place to stay overnight on a longer road journey. The room was a spacious 2-room apartment with a balcony (no view), more than we needed for a single night but comfortable. We could enjoy the views at dinner on the terrace of the adjoining restaurant.

The staff were very welcoming and spoke English which made things a lot easier to understand. The restaurant on site also has very good menu with a variety of dishes for dinner. The breakfast selection was also excellent, and would encourage people to have meals on the hotel veranda for maximum enjoyment.
