Comfy room, nice staff, beautiful location. We've stayed at five locations on our German trip thus far and this was the best.

Third time at the hotel, and was a great experience. Great location, food, service, room...everything. We will be back.

the hotel is located in nature where it is nice and quiet. The breakfast was extremely good with all kinds of extra little goodies. one of the employees was helpful with motorcycle tour routes in the area.
This historic hotel is located in the heart of Kastellaun's Old Town district, in the scenic Hunsrück region, 328 feet from the town center.

Adorable!! The whole place is beautifully and thoughtfully restored and decorated. We felt so comfortable here and the owners and staff were very kind and welcoming. Im disappointed that I didnt reserve a table for dinner in advance. Dont make that mistake! There is even meals for vegetarians and vegans on offer.

So nice. Booked one night, but wished we had booked 3! Albrect and Maria Gietzen were so helpful. Albrect met us at the station even though it was a 4 minute walk. We received free bus tickets to Burg Eltz and restaurant recommendations in the nearby towns (10 minute train ride). Room was comfortable with a great bathroom and balcony right in the winery. Fabulous Rieslings to buy right there for 12€. Breakfast was lovely.
Offering a rustic-style restaurant, Hotel Weinhaus Am Stiftstor is located in Treis-Karden, directly on the Moselle River. Free Wi-Fi access is available at the property.

Great historical hotel right on the Mosel River. The hotel is clean and comfortable, it has a long time history. The breakfast view is breathtaking, seems like you sit right on a river bench. All around is associated with famous German Riesling wine, all around are vineyards and small towns with rich wine culture.
Cochem town is very near to the hotel, it is a great place to visit the 12th-century castle and take a tour inside. everywhere around you will find a good bottle of local wine.
Landhaus vor Burg Eltz has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Wierschem. The property is located 1.9 miles from Castle Eltz, 18 miles from Monastery Maria Laach and 19 miles from Cochem...
Located just outside Brodenbach, halfway between Cochem and Koblenz, this welcoming 3-star hotel overlooks the River Moselle.

We have stayed as this property several times over the past 20 years and it felt like going home. Donna, the 3rd generation family/owner, was so welcoming and helpful. Our room with the balcony overlooking the Mosel River was exceptional. The dinner was excellent on the patio by the Mosel River. Also the breakfast was excellent with many choices of food. We liked the location as it was quiet, near the city of Brodenbach.
