There was a Ukrainian lady at the reception of the hotel who was in excellent behavior. I arrived at the hotel late, but because of me, they waited an hour for me to arrive.

The reception answered instantly to my request to send a taxi for me, I was stranded in the middle of the night at the train station.
After dropping my luggage in my room I was served a late night dinner on the terrace overlooking the main square and allowed to enjoy it inspite the advanced hour.
The breakfast was good too.
Offering free WiFi, free rental bikes, free parking and a restaurant with rustic barn, Hotel Riedel is located in Zittau. Look forward to modern rooms with a private bathroom and satellite TV.
