We are from Malaysia, therefore language is a barrier. Hence she help us to talk to the cab driver on the destination we heading to. On top of that, she guide us with the train schedule for our next destination.
She go beyond for the customer to ensure we have a comfortable stay. She so friendly and I would want to emphasize she is truly helpful

My room was large and had a wonderful view. It was nice to be able to get a hot tea in the evening and take it to my room. Breakfast had many options and the breakfast room had a nice view!

Excellent facility. The hotel was very comfortable with spacious rooms. Enjoyed the balcony. Great views of the surrounding area. The quaint neighborhood in the mountains with a snowy blanket was wonderful. Breakfast was very good.
