The staff was wonderful. We interacted with a few members of the Winter family, as well as a server at the restaurant. Everyone was kind and helpful. The rooms were very big, the windows and balconies showed the beautiful surroundings. Two of us are vegan and there were great options at breakfast, as well as a couple options on the dinner menu. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff was amazing. Christina got us checked in, then walked us around to show us the bicycle storage room and helped us get settled. She was bright, courteous, and professional. We enjoyed a fine dinner in the restaurant, and an excellent breakfast in the morning. The rooms themselves were large and comfortable. It’s a great hotel.
The Swabian Alb is a pretty region offering relaxation and diverse leisure opportunities, as well as a beautiful landscape to explore either by foot or bike. WiFi is available in all rooms.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel! We reserved the Junior Suite, and the room was spacious, clean and well appointed. We had two bathrooms, a little kitchen that was tucked away and a stocked mini bar.
Dinner at the hotel was fantastic and service at the restaurant was impeccable.

Hotel is very unique with layout but has great view of castle in some rooms and overlooks a small stream.
I was welcomed by a very friendly team.
I stayed is modern and well decorated and had dinner in the hotel restaurant.
Although it was slightly expensive, the food was excellent and the service was superb.
Highly recommended for those passing through.
