It's digital check in,but you don't need any app on your phone for that. You'll be send a code from owner day or 2 before arrival and with that code you use machine on site that will give you a card which you will use to open your room and also access to the building. This place offers underground garage for free,we also used laundry room (.it's 0.50 cents for 42 min washing cycle and the same is for dryer) The apartment we stayed in has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, table,bathroom with toilet plus one extra toilet which was very convenient for our family of 4. From kitchen we could walk directly to small patio and garden since we were on main floor
Kitchen is equipped well enough if you want to make some breakfast or simple meals there.
The whole apartment is floor heated therefore it was very comfortable to walk barefoot on warm floors throughout the whole apartment .
The only thing I should mention.....we left our shopping bag on floor with chocolate inside it,and found it melted in the morning because of that central floor heating.......lol
Thiis apartment doesn't have living room,but that wasn't any issue for our family. Boys stayed in their room,and we were in the kitchen or in our bedroom.
We were visiting Cologne and for the price we paid and what we got, this place is fantastic
I absolutely recommend this place to everyone and I am convinced you won't regret it.

A trip that is absolutely worth it: Super nice room with a fantastic view! very clean and neatly furnished. What is particularly positive is the friendliness of the staff and especially of Mr. Medyan, who is very professional and competent. You can tell that he has gained a lot of experience, because without it it doesn't work and Ms. Koch was in such a good mood when I checked in and had a beautiful smile on her face. You rarely experience such kind and courteous staff in a hotel like this, huge selection, great breakfast, top location and very quiet, perfect service.
A request to management: Please pass on feedback to the team. It's a tougher job in the fine dining and hotel industry, and your colleagues deserve respect for their clean and smooth work.
