The location was very nice.Boat dock for the castle is right there.It was super clean and relaxing.The breakfast was amazing..so much food and so many things to choose from..would go back for sure

Our stay was completely cancelled as we were about to check in! The host told us that although we had a confirmation pin number from booking com and a confirmation email also from booking.com we did not have a room for the night. This was after attempting to get in touch with the facility by email and phone calls to find out what the check- in procedure was. Finally, after many unanswered calls the host answered the phone. I told her we were checking in for that night and wanted to know the next step. This is when I was told I no longer had a reservation, sorry, didn't booking com get in touch with us? The answer to that question was an empathetic no! We had no prior communication from the host or booking com and had no answer for why a confirmed reservation was now cancelled. This put us in a really bad position to try and find a place in a completely sold out community for the night, to leave for the airport the next morning. Many miles we had just traveled had to be traveled again, in the wrong direction, to obtain a last minute place for the night. The only solution the host had to offer me when I asked why this was happening was to give me the local tourist information number, telling me that perhaps they could help us find a room! I can't say for sure who is to blame for this issue, we've used booking com for years and have had no issues.

Plenty of space. Great shower. Good location for us as it was a halfway stop between locations. Only 4 miles to a spot for swimming in the lake. Staff very helpful at breakfast.
