This hotel was wonderful and so is the town of Mosbach. The included breakfast was delicious with local food items. The staff are friendly. Only a very small number of the staff speak English (I wish I knew German so I could have communicated better). The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We even had a little patio which we really appreciated! I especially enjoyed my conversation with Tanya at the front desk, she was so kind!

We really appreciated the very warm welcome we received here after hours of train travel. We were escorted personally to our room, assisted up the stairs with our luggage, given a very helpful orientation to the hotel and its facilities, were offered a spacious and very comfortable room and within a short time, were relaxing on the terrace over good coffee and delicious cake. Hotel Herberge zur Traube is exactly the sort of place we hope to find when we travel in Germany, with family-run hospitality that makes all the difference in a hotel stay. Breakfast offered good variety, including house-smoked meats, the hotel itself s a historical delight, and Bad Wimpfen is a very pleasant town, with most of what we needed within walking distance, including the trains. We hope to return to this lovely hotel.
