The hotel has an excellent chef and I enjoyed every dinner of 7 that I ate in the restaurant. Breakfasts were also very good, with yogurt, fruit, fruit juices, cereals, eggs, bacon, pastries, cheeses and meats, and a variety of breads. This is a family owned and operated facility. By the end of the week, I felt like I was a member of the family. The hotel is also within walking distance of the railway station, which was a plus. I'm only my way back to spend a month at this hotel -- that's how much I liked it!

This place was fantastic! It's not the Ritz, but that's not what I wanted. Clean, quiet (I would have bet money that there was only one other guest in the place, but the breakfast area was full!) and great internet.
This is my first experience in Germany and I had no idea these places existed. For the price, I can't touch this level of quality in the States.

Good evening meal in the cosy restaurant. Nice, quiet and clean room. The lady of the house is a bit 'short on words' but the landlord is ok. I can recommend this accommodation.

The views over the Main River are one of the best things about the hotel. We had a room with a balcony facing the river and enjoyed it immensely whether morning, afternoon, evening or night. It’s a great place to enjoy a glass of spaetburgunder wine and watch the sun set on the town of Klingenberg and the Burg Ruine. The hotel is spotless and makes you feel extremely comfortable and the owners are genuine and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful with an excellent selection of cold cuts, cheese, breads and buns, juices, yoghurt, fruit and vegetables and more. The beds and very comfortable and firm mattresses.
