Very big, nice and clean room with comfy beds kettle and coffee machine. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Really pretty view from the balcony. And on top of all of that access to the community swimming pool! A brilliant hotel.

Really nice hotel, super centrally located, there r restaurants, shopping centre,pedestrian zone like 1 min away. Really nice guy at the reception who can help you with everything, super friendly with great advice (not used to this in germany hehe :-p). I got a free room upgrade which was very appreciated. Impeccably clean, you also get slippers, toiletries, water, everything :-) and there is fridge in the room. Will def come again!

We could have stayed in Heidenheim a *little* (not "much") longer, to see the Roman museum, for example. The reason for the visit was a performance of Tannhäuser at the summer Opernfestpiele. It was very high quality, even though moved at short notice (actually, without any on-site notice at all) from the picturesque outdoor ruined-castle setting to a nearby conference centre. A very unique, rare and genuinely solicited experience of tranquility and calmness, away from the smoke and noise pollution; hustle and bustle of cities. It boosted my energies by many folds. Despite the extremely warm weather the room stayed relatively cool. The air in the room was fresh and there were no triggering odors (suitable for persons who get migraine easily). Good parking and was easy to come and go with own car. Also it takes about 30 minutes to walk to the center so you might not even need to use the car. Food in the restaurant was really good. Staff speaks English. I can warmly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again in the future.

Hotel is conveniently located, less than 10 minutes' walk from the station, once you discover the pedestrian/cycle path over the canal and under the railway line. The balcony with the view and in the sun was a nice welcome. Breakfast was good.
