The staff are very polite and helpful. The room was well cleaned daily with new towels. The location was exceptional for our business trip since it's very close to U-Bahn which can practically take you in almost all of Stuttgart, including the airport and exhibition center.

There was a little bit of a smell (old? smoke?) in the room and I’m very sensitive to smell, but it ended up not bother me too much. The room was very basic, but actually very clean. I have stayed in much higher rated hotels with quite dirty rooms, there was nothing to complain in this room.
No frills, just the basics, but also no pretentiousness.
