    The Reims were ok, but it a very disorganized hotel.

    The Reims were ok, but it a very disorganized hotel. Horrible labyrinth walk from the parking place to the hotel. We were supposed to be offered a welcome drink, but they didn’t offer it to us. It looks like they don’t like tourist as they offered drinks to some local folks there. I would spend my money in a place like this again.

    The location is great if you’re a local. They looked down on us. They wouldn’t extend the rental, even if they had an empty business. Bought a bottle of pink wine marked at €15, but the manager charged me €26. I believe they didn’t like the fact that a gay couple were staying in their hotel. My husband is Jewish and that may have played a role. If you want to feel discriminated, this is a place you can have that

    Just being open again after the long Covid lockdown would have been enough, but the team here went to meticulous lengths to welcome guests safely. This was my first stay at this particular hotel. My room was fabulous and breakfast was super fresh and tasty. The reception also gladly printed out a copy of the mandatory passenger locator form I needed for my onward journey.

    This is a very nice hotel. Big rooms, modern bathroom, friendly staff. Even though it is next to the highway and presumably mostly caters to people coming by car, it is quiet and friendly for cyclists as well. They even have a toolset and oil for the bicycle. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to corona, and breakfast is not a buffet but a fixed set of things.

    The hotel is well situated and offers many parking spaces. I stayed in a room in a separate building just a few metres away from the main building. The room was bright, spacious with a friendly decor. The breakfast room was cozy and well organised and offered an extensive buffet with the option to order hot food from the kitchen. The stuff is friendly and helpful.

    typical continental breakfast, but still very good. ideal position near the autobahn and tankstelle. have used this hotel for several years, have been very satisfied. big disapointment this year, there was no restaurant. will be booking again next year.

    Hotel was a cut above. Fully merits its four stars. Rarely have I stayed in an hotel that pays so much attention to detail. Would certainly stay there again.. Lovely garden surroundings.
