Sweet small city with pretty old houses. Big official beach is quite crowded, but there are also smaller entrances to the lake. What was charming - tables with farm fruits, where you can just leave money in a box, without a selling person. This area is a real paradise for every biker.
This area is a real paradise for every biker. You don´t have to be afraid of loinger trips around the Bodensee, as everywhere you will find enough care, facilities and place to enjoy your bike ride. Well maintained trials simply make the bike riding even more fun than you expected:-) And visit of the Zeppelin museum with Zeppelins flying above your head make your stay at Bodensee area even more unfotgettable!

We loved hanging out by the pier.
We loved hanging out by the pier. There was a fun playground ship and large chess game for the kids to play with. We ate a couple restaurants in town that were yummy and provided good service. The view of the lake is beautiful.

Everything was 100% PERFECT.
Everything was 100% PERFECT. The Host was so nice and willing to help and advice in everything. Totaly clean and perfectly prepared house. I will definietely looking for this place first when attend to again visit Friedrichshafen/Immenstaad/Bodensee

The owners and their son who run the place were very kind. Their son who fronts the reception helped us with restaurant recommendations, local cards and even further holiday recommendations in Germany which we actually followed through :). The hotel has a lovely lake facing breakfast room which promises for a relaxing start of the day and eggs are made to order :)
