The accommodations were comfortable and very much fitting the Pfälzer environment. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was modern with readily available hot water and good lighting. There were places (coat hooks and a Schränk) to hang up-store clothes and coats. There was complimentary carbonated (bottled) water. The best thing was the fabulous breakfast with something for all (Brötchen, cold cuts, cereals, fruit, salmon, yoghurt) as well as various jams and other spreads. The coffee and tea was served through a machine and was quite good. The hotel is also very well situated in a town with a number of various restaurants.

Superp visual location with views of the wine fields surrounding village and the main attraction the old castle. The castle complements the hotel with it restaurant and there is plenty of opportunity to try out the local wines that the house produces along with some cozy dining.

It was cheap and near the wedding venue which is why we stayed here. There aren't many options around here. If you are an American used to AC, I would absolutely avoid staying here when it's hot AF. The fan does not help at all. We stayed during an unusual heat wave and I legit almost died. Took a cold shower, blasted the fan, kept the windows open at night, and slept on top of covers, but it was still like a sauna.

Nice, cosy place. But strange to check in at a hotel where there is litterally no one present. We had to pick up the key from a locker room with a code that was sent by email.

The cleanliness of the facility and friendliness of the owner was tip top. The beds were super. Everything has been newly renovated and is excellently cared for. There was free coffee and tea, and drinks were available to purchase (beer, wine, soda). The owner shared lots of tips on where to eat. Parking was great!
