El personal és molt amable. L'esmorçar bastant complert (pà , embotit variat , iogurts , sucs de quatre tipus diferents , truita , bacon , salsitxes etc). Situat molt a prop del centre i Zeven un poble agradable per passejar , a més té tres supers a uns 10 min caminant i un d'ells (Penny) tanca a les 22'00 hrs. A l'habitació ens van deixar cada dia dues ampolles d aigua amb gas i un mini paquet de xuxes Haribo per cadascú :)
