Leezdorf sits by bicycle about 25 Km from the dike.
Leezdorf sits by bicycle about 25 Km from the dike. There are bicycle paths and routes everywhere, easily plotted by AllTrails or Komoot, but also extremely well labeled. I have never seen an area so well covered by speed traps, a large bulk within a few km of the Autobahn and towns.

Leezdorf is maybe a bit off the beaten track, but absolutely...
Leezdorf is maybe a bit off the beaten track, but absolutely worthwhile. The apartment stile rooms, with a little terrace were really lovely. The room contains a small kitchen unit with fridge, so you can make yourself something small to eat, which is very nice. There is also a dining table with two chairs and you could also sit outside on your little terrace in the evening. The hotel has a Restaurant with a good choice of food and on Saturday they have a Buffet Dinner, which is highly recommendable. There is something for everybody.

This hotel was close by and in our price range. We were treated very professional and respectful, they also have a restaurant where we ate dinner and breakfast at. It was Devine!!!! I will definitely come back here even if it's just for the food. Also I had to write down the mattress name cause that was damn comfy and I want one! All in all I would definitely recommend coming here. I think we drove about 15 mins to the water 🤷♀️ not bad
