I am biased because I used to spend annual summer holidays staying with my grandparents when I was little and have loved every minute. Lingen has changed so much over the years but thankfully the Rathaus still remains the same. When I die you shall find Lingen engraved on my heart!

The breakfast at Looken Inn far exceeded my expectations, The lady in charge of the breakfast was a very kind and caring person, ensuring that everybody was extremely comfortable which eased my deep disappointment in Parkhotel despite its excellent location.
I didn't expect too much from 3-start hotel, but I was very pleasantly surprised with "Zum Marchenwald". Staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel has spacious restaurant offering tasty food. They have also bar and bowling. We got big and clean room and very good breakfast.

The location was great and the hotel looked amazing. Our room was lovely and well appointed. The food in the restaurant was great. We returned to the hotel on our return journey because we liked it so much.
