Well, it's definitely a nice hotel. But the owner of the hotel is an extreeemely great person! We are refugees from Ukraine, we looked for a payable place to stay. We couldn't believe this hotel's price tag was 2€/night for Ukrainian refugees (essentially for free). We didn't expect much for that money. Instead we received much more than anyone could imagine. Thank you for that! I would love to come again and pay the full price, once we settle down.

The breakfast was very good with a lot of selection to eat
The property is located a one minute walk from the beach. This 4-star hotel is directly on the Plauer See lake. Wonderful lake views can be enjoyed from the hotel restaurant with terrace.

The hotel is very cozy and clean, the location next to the lake is very beautiful and relaxing. The food is really good! Breakfast is ok, nothing special but a good deal. The rooms are comfortable, exceptionally clean and nice. Only downside: we didn’t get a big bed but two beds next to each other. The beds themselves are really comfortable and warm!
This 3-star hotel is a 10-minute drive from central Pritzwalk and 2 minutes from highway A24 between Berlin and Hamburg. Hotel Falkenhagen offers a 24-hour front desk and free Wi-Fi internet.

We arrived in the middle of the night, the person at the reception was very kind. even though we didn't speak the same language, we understood each other. very nice hotel, beautiful inner terrace (part for smokers)... we spent a good part of the evening there

The location was fantastic. Very calm, relaxing and peaceful. The lake was clear, and we often were the only ones swimming in it. The restaurant serves the best food, breakfast and dinner. Dinner is so good: a fresh, changing menu with local and interesting flavors. Breakfast is a buffet and so plentiful and flavorful. The sauna is a nice and relaxing asset. Overall the quiet and calm were the best contrast to the big city Berlin where we came from and needed a break from.

The location of the hotel is good, in the center of town, which is nice. The town itself is not very large, but the hotel is close to the main street, but not directly on it, so it's quite enough during the night.
The staff is very friendly and the breakfast buffet was ok. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
The staff were very accomodating to our needs. The restaurant inside the hotel has good food and is a good option after a long day of travelling/biking. The location is perfect for a short stay in the countryside and, of course, very intriguing for people with a interest in trains. The rooms are also very spacious.
