Very friendly staff, accommodating. I needed an early check-in because I arrived after an over night flight. They did their best to get my room ready for me and even upgraded me. The restaurant staff was also very nice. The room was clean and quiet. I liked that they didn't clean the room every day, one can choose if you need that or not. Fitness room and Sauna are awesome!! Only 5 € for guests. Very Very nice.

We're returning guests for multiple reasons. The rooms/apartments are very nice and clean, very thoughtfully prepared for families (changing table, extra bedding for kids etc), and the breakfast is amazing. Even small issues like a non-working heater in one of the rooms was resolved within minutes.
