The staff is very friendly, the rooms were practical for a family of 3. We had to switch the pillows as the first ones provided were quite low, but then it was perfect.
The place has a family friendly atmosphere which was cosy and confortable. breakfast was very nice with a great view. The surrounding area looks great for hiking but we had bad luck with the weather at the time, so we couldn't benefit from it much.

The hotel was plain but all the important things were very satisfactory - the rooms were extremely spacious, clean and the beds comfortable. It was quite a large facility with a few different buildings but they were all connected through an underground corridor, and it was nice being able to walk to the sauna / spa without needing to go outside. Breakfast was a generous continental buffet. Parking was easy.
