I enjoyed everything at and about this hotel. The location is very good with easy access to the Autobahn. The staff is very friendly and professional and the hotel itself is modern, clean and very comfortable. I was very impressed and have booked a room for another week. I will continue to stay here whenever I am in the area. A1 service and lodging. I would recommend to everyone.

The place opens at 3pm, so the check in is not possible earlier. Gotta be prepared for that. The staff however was very nice and after a few phone calls we were allowed up into our room, it was really hot and we were very tthankful! The staff was really great! The rooms were big and very pretty. The carpet seemed almost new! The balcony is huge (but) connectes to the neighbours.

The hotel is located a few minutes away from the Bad Kissingen train station. It has nice rooms that are extremely comfortable and private. The bathrooms are also quite spacious and well appointed. The hotel has a restaurant that serves very decent food at reasonable prices, and the breakfast is what you would expect in a good German hotel. The staff was also very kind and helpful.

The spa facilities were great! There were two swimming pools, one warmer than the other and a salt bath. There are two saunas and a nice relaxing area. It wasn't too crowded and the whole place had a relaxing atmosphere, with greenery everywhere, a pool table, games, a couple restaurants, and bars. The room was very clean and the breakfast was good.
