it was very clean and alot of thought goes into preparing each room for your needs. the staff is very friendly and welcoming and helpful. we took our dog and there are many great places to walk him. the breakfast was good.

This is a fantastic lodging, with excellent hosts, in a charming small village conveniently located to reach anything in the Black Forest in which you might be interested. It's easy to find, convenient parking, walkable to a nice restaurant. The room was well-appointed, comfortable, lacked for nothing. We wish that we could have stayed more than one night.

A family owned hotel with friendly customer service and a good buffet breakfast. Rooms were comfortable and the area is very quiet, so sleep is not interrupted by outside noise. Restaurants in the area close on Monday and Tuesday, so we had to drive to the next town to find dinner - not a big deal since we arrived by car. We would gladly stay there again.
