Quiet and good location. The tram line in front of the hotel is under renovation. You have to use trains (walking 3-5 mins). During our stay, a picture on the wall fell done. Fortunately, it did not hit my head. But the cloth in my luggage was broken(pics below). They gave us free breakfast one day and upgraded our room (on our return from Austria). If there was no problems with the wall picture and trams, I would give them 10.

Planegg has a lot going for it.
Planegg has a lot going for it. It is close to Munich yet very quiet. In no time at all you can be in downtown Munich or enjoying Starnberg Lake. We experienced a fresh air market with many options, all locally sourced, and an Italian festival. One will find any type of store you may need, multiple churches, many dining options; all within walking distance.AAnonymous
