The location was better than expected, just five stops from the Hauptbahnhof and a few blocks from a lovely park for walking/running. You pop out of the U-bahn just steps from the front door... hard to beat that when you've got luggage with you. The breakfast was great -- lots of delicious options and plenty of coffee choices. Didn't interact with staff much, but everyone I did talk to was friendly and helpful.

The reception guy was friendly and my experience was great. The price is good for the separate room. The room is clean and there are a lot of facilities nearby - stores, bars etc.

Parking on site, decent size room, complimentary stay for our son along with a bed, pet friendly (cats included), gym and sauna, close proximity to the Palace (10 minute walk), plenty of restaurants around, their own restaurant and bar, amazing breakfast and service.
This is a hotel whose management really knows what they are doing and they are great at it!
Decor was lovely. Ideal location if travelling by car or local transport to Stuttgart and Ludwigsburg, especially at Christmas for the markets. Facilities were excellent with underfloor heating and full kitchen utensils. Room was warm, cosy and spacious. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Thank you so much for a rememberable weekend.
