Lovely staff and owners, however slightly overpriced due to the Octoberfest in Munich. The rooms were simple and clean, however the bathrooms were a bit outdated and the lighting was extremely dim. The beds were a bit too hard for us. Breakfast was continental with a very small choice but fresh every day. We were visting friends so location was key as well as it needed to be dog friendly, which this was. Since we only spend a few hours it was adequate for what we needed, but we would not pay this much bearing all in mind.
