I think we had an upgrade to our booked room with a view of the lake, next time I will book a room with the view! The outdoor swimming pool in January is great and the wellness suite is lovely

The scenery is beautiful.
The scenery is beautiful. The area is very clean with lots of activities both on the lake and around it. Cycling, walking, sailing, swimming. It's the perfect location for an active, outdoors break. The area immediately around the lake is flat and therefore suitable for all levels of fitness.

I would rate the equipment as average as the furniture used was not a very high quality. Parking is a bit tricky as there is only limited parking around the hotel. During our stay was a construction site there as well so if this one will be gone it should be better. Good breakfast with plenty of options. The view is nice as the lake is just accross the street and train tracks

The town of Sipplingen was so cute and it is only a 5-minute walk to the lake for a nice swim. Also did some beautiful hikes in the surroundings. The free Bahncard that was handed to us at arrival was super handy. We have used it a lot to visit all the beautiful places around the lake. The hosts were really kind and gave us good tips about things to do.ImkeNetherlands

The nice and very friendly blonde receptionist helped me to fix the reservation by calling to booking and was able to find and prepare a room for me although it was in the late evening. Thanks again for that. The hotel was excellent and clean on perfect location.
