Staff extremely helpful. Very kind and very courteous. Arranged an amazing trip to Giza with guide and this was 1/2 to a 1/3 of the price online. Rooms very clean and brand new. Hotel staff very helpful for using talabat and that gives lots of food options.

I recently stayed at the Turquoise Pyramids Palace Hotel and had an overall pleasant experience, with a few minor drawbacks.
The room size was perfect, providing ample space to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The layout was thoughtfully designed, ensuring comfort and convenience with plenty of storage and a cosy seating area. However, it's worth noting that some rooms appeared a bit run down and could use some renovation to match the rest of the hotel's standards.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which significantly enhanced our stay. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The front desk team was always eager to assist with any inquiries or requests (especially Mahomed). Housekeeping was prompt and thorough, ensuring the room was clean and well-stocked with essentials every day.
However, there was a slight issue with timekeeping. Some services, like: setting our breakfast , tended to run a bit late, which was a minor inconvenience. Despite this, the staff's friendliness and the overall quality of the hotel made up for it.
Overall, the combination of a spacious, comfortable room and the attentive, friendly staff made my stay at the Turquoise Pyramids Palace Hotel truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, keeping in mind the small hiccup with timing. It’s a wonderful place that ensures a memorable stay.

We are really enjoy our stay in the hotel there are a really nice ambient and cool staff
It was an excellent experience. I was impressed how they brought me medicine that I needed as well as sun glasses that I needed to protect my eyes from the sun because I had an eye surgery. They ordered food for me, they put the heating on because I struggled to see. They organised a piramids trip for me as well. I was very impressed with their hospitality. They were very respectful and caring. I had an excellent experience! They have definitely exceeded my expectations.
