The apartment is VERY VERY nice. It has anything you could need. The Pool was amazing and clean. The best party of this property was delivery the people. Because of a problem we had with another hotel we called the owner at 5am asking if we could come in a day earlier, he’s not only actually PICK UP the phone to an unknown number in the middle of the night, but actually went to get us at that time and showed us everything. His attitude made up for any problems the apartment may have.
I really be loved that the kitchen had basic things like salt and pepper, often in this kind of properties the kitchen is completely empty, and it feels stupid to buy half a kilo of salt and only use a bit. Soo that also win them some points.

Mahmoud, the owner was very friendly and helpful. We had rooms with a view of the Pyramids and access to the very large terrace. Breakfast was tailored to our likeness. Mahmoud helped organise our days with Mostafa. We liked Mostafa
very much he spoke English and drove us round the crazy traffic very safely. He also did bits of shopping for us and made sure we paid the correct Egyptian price. I would recommend him highly.
Other staff at the hotel were friendly smily people.

It was an excellent experience. I was impressed how they brought me medicine that I needed as well as sun glasses that I needed to protect my eyes from the sun because I had an eye surgery. They ordered food for me, they put the heating on because I struggled to see. They organised a piramids trip for me as well. I was very impressed with their hospitality. They were very respectful and caring. I had an excellent experience! They have definitely exceeded my expectations.
