1) Employees in all areas. Special appraisal to Ms. Massaouda (Guest Relations Manager), who got in connection with us already prior to our arrival and was on the field every day to collect feedback from all the guests.
2) The restaurants and the food was great. Allways fresh and tasty dishes.
3) Beach and the sea. No coral reef for snorkeling but great for families to just get into the water and swim.
4) Taxi and travel service in the hotel (3 Angels tour). Special appraisal to Ahmed, Max and Mohammed, who organised a great private trip for us to Luxor and Orange Bay boat tour. Definetely recommending to everybody.
5) Reception and the personal is taking immediate action in case of wishes, without any waiting time and any need to follow-up.

Amazing place that exceeds all expectations, all the rooms are on the beach directly, the rooms are very clean, high standard and elegant, The views are wonderful you can see the mountains around you, the place is safe and quiet and you can feel relaxed, Amazing sea and the beach water is clean, crystal water and pure and very safe for children , All staff are very friendly and helpful especially Mr Peter polite and cheerful ، I miss to visit them again on the next vacation
