Jorge is an amazing manager and made me feel like an amazing guest. The room was super unique and very, very nice. Jorge also picked me up at Legunde and delivered me back the next day. The food was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location perfect as we were doing the camino and its right on the camino trail.We were contacted via whatsapp with the code for the front door and the code for our room. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom had a terrific shower which was great after a tough walk in the rain. Its only a short walk from the town and the cafe just across the road was very convenient. It offered us all the necessary comforts for a one night stop over on our camino. Whilst it does not have a restaurant or bar this did not effect us as it gave us the opportunity to experience the local Pulperia Casa Camino.
Hosteria de Gonzar has a restaurant, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a bar and garden in Gonzar. All rooms boast a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom.

Great stay for this 54 yr old Camino newbie! Palais de Rei was a bit too far and this was a perfect stop right on The Way. It was very clean and quiet with a nice restaurant, good pilgrim menu and nice staff!! All amenities of a traditional hotel were available in the room. Would stay here again. I imagine the pool would be lovely in the warmer weather.

Beautiful Hotel/Albergue surrounded by amazing vistas of the countryside. It’s located just off the Camino route but not more than 150 meters. Manuel, just the owner is super friendly, accommodating and attends to his guests needs. My albergue bed was upgraded to a large individual room. Very good beds, bedding, pillows, tv, new modern bathroom. Buffet breakfast 7€ at 8am and lots of good advice regarding the Camino route ahead. The hotel has an outdoor pool for summer. The hotel’s website photos are totally accurate. Meals are available in the restaurant.
