The front desk people were friendly and helpful. The evening lady suggested a restaurant that was very good. The morning lady was helpful with calling a taxi.

We were upgraded to a large long suite with a sitting room and river view. Modern decor. Very comfortable bed. Excellent, walkable location. Fabulous breakfast buffet.
although the hotel is not too in Bilbao, it was great location. Close to the metro station and lot of great cafeterias. hotel has its own garage to park car convenient. very comfortable beds and clean rooms.
