The facility is nice and original, with nice patios and nice renovated facilities in the room. The owners are a lovely, hard-working and kind dutch couple. Nice people. Breakfast is very good and includes even a fresh squeezed orange juice. You feel like being a local living in a nice village (Bellreguard). The price you pay for that is quite cheaper than in the beach area. Congrats for that accomplishment.
I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast for solo travelers, digital nomads, couples or groups of friends that want to relax and stay away from the Gandía beach busy area.
Adosado a 300m de la playa offers accommodations in Bellreguart, a 5-minute walk from Bellreguard Beach and 22 miles from Denia Bus Station.

Adrian, very kind, polite and helpful owner! The house is just brilliant and you have everything what you need there!
Would definitely come back in the future for a longer stay as we only stayed one night... travelled around 400km but 100% worth it.
The beach is a very short walking distance and parking area in the premises is available and also outside on the street and it's free of charge.
Very clean house and very well equiped.
Thank you Adrian for having such a nice place for the guests and see you soon! 🙂

The hotel staff was predominantly Spanish speaking only, if you don't speak Spanish you might struggle.
Food can be included as part of your stay. The breakfast options are ok, for the dinner it was a hit and miss. Sometimes you can get a good variety and selection, but another day it would be a miss. But this is a 3* hotel so our expectations were not high.
Very close to the beach.

I loved this place, but you must know the reality of the area. There are a lot of empty buildings right now and some sort of political movement with the beach and erosion. In the winter, it seemed like some sort of post-apocalyptic setting with so many empty buildings. They are working fast to refurbish many of the buildings, and it felt quite safe, the few people we saw were friendly and helpful, and there were still plenty of places to eat despite all the COVID restrictions and it being off season. The beach was clean, there were places for kids to play, and we went for nice long walks. I recommend a visit, but be aware that this isn't a posh beach resort, it's much more humble than that. I will go back as I quite enjoyed it.
