Morning coffee on the terrace overlooking the valley was very special. We had both lunches at the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent. A comfortable room with great views. But one of the best things were the staff. So friendly, helpful and happy even though it was obvious they were working very hard.

The town is old world and charming and the hotel is a lovely quaint old building with great features. The town centre shops and bars etc are right there outside the door, I even took advantage of the closeness and had a haircut. The place is well worth a visit but it is not convenient for one night travelling. It's too far from the main road routes.

The perfect place to stop for the night on the way to or from France! The staff were really lovely too and the secure parking was just a couple of minutes walk along a lovely flat street. There were some really great bars and restaurants right by the hotel but it was still quiet at night. The old town itself is small but very charming and beautiful. A great choice!

I had food in the Italian restaurant below the hotel,the food was good and well priced. It is a very old and quirky building,the wood floor boards are ancient and huge,my room ran in a slope the door was cut at an angle to allow for the slope. Very quaint.
