Loved the hotel but the location did not work for my son who has Autism as he could not cope with busses. This was in no way a reflection of the hotel as it was wonderful

We booked for 2 nights , brought to the room and was untidy and absolutely freezing ........ im sure we were the only ones staying there .... pictures on web site dont give a proper expectation..... we actually left and didnt stay at all ??? went to guardamar
