It’s a really lovely and interesting hotel. The covered square in the centre with the large balconies around, make it quite special. The rooms are roomy and spacious for a short stay.
This charming, family-run hotel is set in the centre of the La Rioja region, with views over the vineyards and town of Briñas. It offers simple rooms with a balcony.

Location was superb. Famous wineries are within a stone's throw. I could enjoy tapas bar hopping in the town center, which is 10 minutes walk from the house. Super market is just around the corner, which was convenient.

The centre of Haro is full of character and is generally buzzing with people at the cafes and bars in the evening. We were in Haro to visit vineyards and to have wine tastings, which are placed on the outskirts of the town. We visited a restaurant, "Beethoven", for the reknowned lamb, which was delicious. Haro is small enough to be able to see the whole town on foot and makes for an interesting trip.

One of my favorite town in Spain! Amazing scenery, great trekking routes around the wineries, wonderful wines, what else? It's a perfect base to explore the wine making country and worth visiting in four seasons :)

A lovely smart Rioja town.
A lovely smart Rioja town. Some fine old buildings cathedral and square.
Good variety of cafes bars and restaurants around.
The sister hotel ARROPE has a lovely garden for drinks and tapas across from the hotel Los Agostinos.
There are a ton of wine outlets to go to at the bottom of town and also off licences
You can do mini wine tours and courses in Haro too
Haro is very near the motorway AP68 so if travelling you are soon on your way it’s great for a stop over to and from the ferry ports to the UK

Haro is the most convenient place if you a Rioja wine lover as we are. All the big bodegas are in close proximity of each other and even smaller ones are not too far away. The amenities here are also excellent, with many really nice restaurants and bars.
Loved the location in the central part of Haro and easy walk to the wineries. Building was great. Super clean and loved the furnishings as felt at home, especially with the throw blanket on the couch. The rooms were super quiet. They had extra pillows and a firm bed. Plenty of towels. Love how clean the place was and like a hotel they cleaned after. Kitchen had all the essentials. AC worked great as central versus a unit. Wifi was fast with a Smart TV. If traveling for a while, washer was a nice touch.
The staff was exceptionally helpful, especially Nor. Great location, close to all Rioja area bodegas and wine destinations. Loved the vibe: clean, modern hotel that was very manageable; not a big "mega" American-style chain hotel. Especially enjoyed the outside terrace for wine and coffee; loved the vibe and fact that locals co.e by and enjoy it too. Will definitely recommend it to friends: great value and greT location. And staff.
A great combination of historic charm and modern comfort. As for the historic charm, there are timbered ceiling with exposed beams and areas of limestone walls. The kitchen area is nicely designed and has everything one could want. The bathroom/shower is nicely appointed and worked well. The location was perfect -- less than a 2-minute walk to Haro’s main square with shops and restaurants easily accessible.
Great communication with the owners, key pickup was a breeze. The appartment is very spacious and placed centrally in Haro, well equiped too. The Rioja bottle was very much appreciated, thanks for that! We didn't take the private parking but found a public place quite easily and not too expensive.
Perfect place to enjoy Haro, really recommended! Clean and quiet room for a perfect rest. The host was super smart in replying to us when we asked for a late check in. good position close to the center. Enjoy it!
Great location, perfect for exploring Haro. Apartment is beautifully decorated. The host provided a tasty breakfast and was very helpful with recommendations on where to eat in Haro. Would definitely stay again!
Absolutely the best location in Haro, right in the middle of the historic center. Try for a room facing the square on one of the upper floors. Great view. Noise not a problem w/ double glazed windows.
The room was very comfortable and had a lounge area.
The staff in the restaurant were very helpful and friendly and the menu of the day was really good.
The hotel is full of charm and character.
- great location and helpful staff.
- 900 meter walk to Muga Vineyard
- spacious room.
- bar fridge
- complementary water in room
- nice sitting area in the room to enjoy your Rioja purchases
Super spacious, well stocked apartment. The location was incredible, great communication with hosts, easy checkin, and the best balcony and views of Haro! Better than we imagined.
Great room. Complimentary water and glass of wine. Lovely terrace at front of hotel. Fantastic location. Street parking outside which only needs paying for during certain hours
