Check in was fine. Room was small and I had to duck my head to get into bed. I didn't like anything much and definitely not 4 star.

The location of the hotel is wonderful and near to the Plaza del Castillo and Cafe Iruna. The staff was wonderful and helpful and bed was so comfortable after a long day of touring. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to others. Also the parking option was coordinated by the hotel and was easy and not too expensive. It made it easy to park and pay for overnight parking!
