First of all, room card was not working. We changed both cards, twice. Only one worked (so the 5th). Someone checked-in after us and on the same floor and they had issues as well. So I guess this is a general problem. The bed has a nice bed quilt but the sofa-bed only a thin blanket. So another visit to the reception :) Arriving late at night, we noticed there were only 2 towels. So had to ask for 2 more because we were 2 adults and 2 kids. Room was ok-ish. Not great, not poor. A little small for 2 adults and 2 kids, but that's fain from a price/value point of view. Breakfast - being vegan, we did not have a lot of options. Well, they had 3 types of veg milk, which is already better than other 4* hotels. cereals, fruits and gem. That's it, if I remember correctly :)

Sercotel AB Arganda is located in the financial district of Arganda del Rey, just a couple of minutes from the Rivas Shopping Center.

We loved this hotel! Everything was perfect for us. It was located directly on our bicycle route with a big grocery store a short walk away. Our room was large, very clean and comfortable and even had a little fridge to cool our drinks. The check in was easy and the woman at reception was very friendly and helpful. Best of all, there was a storeroom at reception where our bicycles were safely parked overnight.

Very friendly, responsive staff. Very clean and full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, espresso maker, and sink made it Very comfortable and cost effect. Laundry facilities were automated via an app that was very convenient and easy.

This modern hotel with free Wi-Fi has lots of charm and character and is nestled in the very center of this delightful town, 30 minutes' drive from Madrid.

Very quiet at night. Helpful and friendly staff. Three minutes walk from the main square and the church. Free parking in front of the hotel. There's a desk with chair, large bathroom, TV. Great choice if you want to stay a bit away from Madrid and have a car.
